Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account and using the SEO Agent platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Automated Remediation & Liability

Our platform includes an "Auto-Remediation" feature that integrates with GitHub to automatically generate Pull Requests.

• You acknowledge that AI-generated code may contain errors or unintended side effects.
• It is your sole responsibility to review, test, and approve any Pull Requests generated by the SEO Agent before merging them into your production branches.
• SEO Agent is not liable for any downtime, traffic loss, or damages resulting from merged automated code.

3. Subscription and Billing

The Service is billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring schedule. Downgrading your plan may cause the loss of features, API access, or data history. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Audit domains you do not own or do not have explicit permission to scan.
• Attempt to reverse engineer the AI visibility or auditing heuristics.
• Launch Denial of Service (DoS) attacks against our infrastructure or target sites using our crawler.
